I am an infectious disease ecologist who loves data wrangling, analysis, and visualization. I have worked in the lab (searching for physiological and behavioral drivers of pathogen spread), in the field (sampling wildlife populations for microorganisms), and am currently applying machine learning tools to try to identify novel chemical biomarkers of disease. I am in the process of broadening my career path by completing a fellowship with the Insight Health Data Science Program in Boston. I am excited about integrating my scientific background and cutting-edge computational skills to develop solutions for improving global health.
